When Titan Decks evaluated this existing deck, the underlying framing was still in good condition and suitable for reuse. Project Overview

The original deck featured an angled design that limited usable space and no longer met the homeowners’ goals for their outdoor living area. Titan Decks removed the existing structure and constructed a completely new framing system designed to support a composite picture-frame layout and modern outdoor living features.
